Bistro Guillaume Perth, in Crown Perth, offers a menu abundant with French classics and modern, French provincial surroundings with spectacular outdoor views.
Out of all the restaurant in Crown, Bistro Guillaume Perth is the only one we haven’t tried. Until we got our Perth Entertainment Book, we decided to give it a go. We were so impressed by the service and food that we came back again the after.

Second Visit to Bistro Guillaume Perth
Bistro Guillaume Perth Dishes Review
Cocktails – The cocktails were quite decent but didn’t give us a WOW effect. Each cost us about $20 which is quite standard. Didn’t get to record the name of these cocktails though, sorry!
Chicken Liver – This was yummy and we ordered only one to share. The parfait was very creamy and tasty. It was enough for both of us. Though the bread wasn’t enough for the parfait, you can get extra house bread from the staff in case you need more.
Duck Breast – Duck breast was cooked to perfection. Very tender and has lots of flavour to it. This was the first dish from them that we hope to get a bigger portion of it, especially when it’s the main dish.
Toothfish – The toothfish was super fresh and flaky inside. This is a very simple fish with capers and lemons, there are no other side dishes on the plate. It could be a bit bland to eat like this so I would recommend getting some side dish to pair with it. For me I just hope they have rice, I love my simple fish with rice. haha.
Strawberry Souffle – It’s like a cotton candy cake. Straight melt in your mouth and leave a strong sweet strawberry taste. This dessert is a bit sweet but the ice cream compliments it well. Would definitely come back for it!
